About Renee Hostetler, Licensed Kindermusik Educator

Ms. Hostetler graduated from Sam Houston State University with a B.A. degree in Piano Performance. She received her M.M. degree from the Eastman School of Music where she studied with David Burge; she also holds the Performers Certificate from Eastman. Her performance credits include, in addition to numerous recitals at Skidmore, concerts in the Albany area, New York City, Bryan-College Station, Texas, as well as London and Luxembourg. Ms. Hostetler has been a Licensed Kindermusik Educator since 1997.

About New Instructor Irene Gilb

Irene Gilb joined Hostetler Music Studio
in the Fall of 2011 to teach Young Child 1-2 and Sign & Sing classes. Ms. Gilb graduated from Skidmore College, where she was a Filene Scholar, with a B.A. in Music, concentrating in Piano Performance, and a minor in German. A teacher at the Waldorf School of Saratoga Springs since 2009, Irene is also a pianist for the New York city Ballet during their summer residency in Saratoga Springs. Locally she is a private piano instructor and collaborative pianist.
